Agents and Abilities: Unlike traditional FPS games where all players are identical, Valorant introduces a roster of diverse “Agents.” Each Agent hails from a different country or culture and possesses unique abilities that can turn the tide of a round. These abilities are categorized by Agent roles:

• Duelists: Aggressive, entry fraggers designed to get kills and create space for their team (e.g., Jett, Reyna, Phoenix).
• Controllers: Masters of vision manipulation, using smokes and other abilities to block sightlines and control areas (e.g., Omen, Brimstone, Viper).
• Initiators: Agents who gather information and initiate pushes by forcing enemies out of cover (e.g., Sova, Breach, Fade).
• Sentinels: Defensive specialists who lock down sites, gather flank information, and prevent pushes (e.g., Cypher, Killjoy, Sage).
